ASF “KUMAR SAMBHAV” a roaring success, On Nov. 3 rd and 4 th 2007, Anila Sinha Foundation launched yet another master piece production, “Kumar Sambhav” a classic drama written by Kalidas in Sanskrit. Altogether eighteen artists, twelve female dancers and six male artists participated in this production which was skillfully choreographed and coordinated by Ms Kiran Chouhan. Music for this show was composed by Pandit Birju Maharaj and the music arrangement was done by Sri Jitendra Singh in New Delhi ,
Kathak Classes resume March 1st 2008
Kathak Classes resume after holidays (from Dec. 15th to Feb. 28th) on March 1st 2007. Visiting faculty Ms Kiran Chouhan and Ms Shailja Bisht will be conducting the classes. If you are planning to attend, please come to the Elk Grove center at your regular class time. We will go over whatever you have learnt so far and also go over the theoretical aspects of Kathak and will prepare you for the theory exams conducted by Prayag.

The Kathak exams for the year will be held in November.You can find the syllabus on the website and course material is available at Anila Sinha Foundation. To appear in the examination its compulsory to attend all three sessions.
